In terms of smells you may encounter from others such as perfumes or herbal remedies, we can't do much about that other than suggest that preference of effluvia might is always a little subjective. We encourage you or anyone to let staff know if you see someone not observing the mask policy, so we can fix the situation right away. Since we're one of the few casinos that make masks absolutely mandatory we want to make sure that everyone is wearing one properly at all times. You can email know the road can be subjective, but our policy on face masks is not. If you would be willing to give us some more details about the time and date you visited, we can look into conditions that may have resulted in the service you experienced and, make appropriate responses to remedy any shortcomings. We also apologize that the food service time that you experienced on this day was lackluster and not to our usual and defined standards.
